030VOCALS – SAMPLE LICENSE AGREEMENT

By purchasing and/or downloading any audio content from 030VOCALS, you are granted a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use the sound samples under the following terms:

1. What You CAN Do (Allowed Uses):

• Commercial Releases: You may use the samples in your own original musical compositions and commercial releases (Spotify, Apple Music, Beatport, YouTube, Radio, TV, etc.) without paying any additional royalties or attribution fees to 030VOCALS or the featured artists.

• Synchronization & Media: You may use the samples as part of a musical track in film, TV, games, advertisements, and podcasts.

• Modification: You are free to edit, chop, pitch, stretch, process, and alter the samples in your projects.

2. What You CANNOT Do (Prohibited Uses):

• No Reselling or Redistribution: You CANNOT sell, share, lend, sub-license, or redistribute the standalone audio files, wet or dry, in any format, as part of another sample pack, software, or sound library.

• No Isolated Track Usage: You CANNOT release the vocal tracks completely isolated (e.g., uploading the raw vocal stem to YouTube or Soundcloud on its own). The samples must be combined within a larger musical context (a full track/composition).

• No Name Rights / Artist Featuring: Purchasing this pack does NOT grant you the right to use the vocalist’s name, image, or likeness in your track title or artwork (e.g., writing "Track Name feat. [Vocalist Name]" is strictly prohibited unless explicitly agreed upon in writing).

3. Ownership & Copyright: All audio samples remain the exclusive intellectual property of 030VOCALS. This purchase grants you a license to use the sounds, not ownership of the original audio master files.
