DIGITAL DELIVERY POLICY

All products at 030VOCALS are delivered digitally. We do not ship physical products (CDs, USB drives, or physical merchandise).

1. Instant Download Access

• Immediately after completing your payment at checkout, you will receive an on-screen link to download your purchase.

• A backup download link will also be sent instantly to the email address you provided during checkout.

2. Delivery Fees

• Digital delivery is 100% free of charge, worldwide.

3. Download Limits & Backup

• Your download links do not expire. However, we strongly recommend downloading your files immediately after purchase and backing them up to a secure drive or cloud storage.

4. Missing Downloads or Technical Issues

• If you do not receive your download email within 5 minutes of your purchase, please check your spam or promo folders.

• If you experience any issues downloading your ZIP files or need a link refreshed, contact us at support@030vocals.com with your order number, and we will resend your files immediately.
